Over the years, Bible Outposts has grown into several different things. There are mission trips (please pray for our students at DCA leaving for Ecuador next week), discipleship resources, teaching, writing, and a lot of other things happening behind the scenes.
Somewhere along the way, I realized I was creating too many different places to keep up with it all.
So I’m simplifying.
I’m going to be moving my regular writing and emails away from Substack and over to a new home. You don’t need to do anything. If you’re subscribed here, I’ll make sure you’re included when I make the move.
Bible Outposts isn’t going anywhere. It will continue to be the name of our nonprofit and the missions work we do around the world.
But my personal writing, thoughts on following Jesus, things I’m learning, and some things I’ve been working on quietly will simply come from me — Andy Price.
I’m also going to begin calling my regular newsletter The Quiet Way.
You’ll hear more about that name in the weeks ahead.
At its heart, though, what I want to write about hasn’t really changed. I want to help ordinary people know God, spend time in His Word, learn to listen to the Holy Spirit, walk closely with other believers, and actually live on mission where God has placed them.
Read the Word. Hear the Spirit. Walk with Others. Live on Mission.
That’s what I care about.
And lately I’ve been realizing that I want the way I communicate that message to become simpler too.
One email list. One place to write. One place for us to stay connected.
When the first email arrives from the new system (KIT), I’d appreciate it if you’d open it and add my email address to your contacts. That will help make sure future emails don’t get lost in your spam or promotions folder.
